Posted by Kevin Dugan on November 12, 2013

Brendan Higgins, 41, of Barrington New Hampshire entered a not guilty plea to two charges of sexual assault of a female hospital patient.  Higgins had been arrested in September 2013 for allegedly touching the woman inappropriately while she was a patient at the Dover hospital.

Higgins was suspended from his duties as a technician at the hospital shortly after the incident.  He is no longer employed by Wentworth-Douglass.

The sexual assault trial is scheduled to begin on January 29, 2014.
