New Report Finds Tort Reform Ineffective and Unnecessary

Posted by Lindsey Gray on June 25, 2014

According to a fresh examination of the National Practitioner's Data Bank, there is no correlation between tort reform and medical malpractice payouts.

Tort reform serves the insurance defense industry and denies citizens their constitutional right to access the civil court process.
